Reidochie is a private and self-contained annexe of Princeland House, formally the coach House for the main house, the quirky interior has been tastefully designed and decorated in keeping with period heritage colours on the wooden tongue and groove panelling, high ceilings and sash and case windows.

The kitchen is fully equipped, a city Aga and combination microwave for cooking. The snug, kitchen and breakfast room lead off the hall and upstairs are 2 bedrooms with sumptuous super king beds (can be zip and link), a shower room and a study for those who work from home. Outside there is a private seating area looking onto the front gardens. Discerning guests will love the peace and tranquillity of this property and it is perfect choice for a relaxing and rejuvenating break as well as having access to beautiful Perthshire. After a busy day out, guests can enjoy a stroll through the grounds and enjoy the everchanging landscape from snowdrops in early spring, bluebells daffodils to vivid colours of perennials in late autumn.

The owner is in the process of enhancing and preserving the essence of Princeland gardens and developing sympathetic planting in various styles from the Himalayan to topiary and herbaceous borders.

The garden opens in February/March year for Scotland’s Garden’s scheme, for a charity snowdrop walk. There is plenty of wildlife to see; red squirrels, hedgehogs, roe deer and a varied selection of birds including newcomers Nuthatches, woodpeckers, tree creepers, robins, tits, finches, and wrens. Perthshire has an excellent range of outdoor pursuits for all ages including Activity centres for children at nearby Perth and Stanley.
Amenities that are close by include a petrol station, chemist, co-op, bakers and hotel with pool room, the nearest tsupermarket is a 5-minte drive away. Trout fishing is available on the River Tay, River Isla, and local lochs. For relaxing walks through the countryside and more strenuous hill walking and mountain climbing, the Perthshire and Angus hills are within easy reach, as well as skiing at Glenshee in the Winter months. Championship golf courses are at Rosemount at Blairgowrie, with further courses at Murrayshall, Alyth and of course the Old Course St Andrews only 45 minutes away.

A short drive will take you to Perth and Dundee, both with plenty of activities and culture on offer from the V and A museum to art galleries, theatres, and the Sensation Science Centre. Visit distilleries, beaches, beautiful gardens, and Castles including Glamis to Scone to Crathes. There are swimming pools at Perth and Dundee, along with Clay pigeon shooting at Auchterhouse and the Land rover experience at Dunkeld. Water sports at St Andrews and Aberfeldy. Princeland is situated on the outskirts of the humble town of Coupar Angus. Busier towns of Blairgowrie and Dunkeld are between 5 and 30 minutes away. This is a holiday property that suits nature lovers and is wonderful place for golfers, cyclists, and anglers alike.
